Regular and Early-bird tickets include access to:

• Access to all conference sessions
• Full entry to the Axway Expo
• 1:1 meeting opportunities with Axway executives (appointments required)
• Admission to Monday and Tuesday evening dinners and entertainment
• 2 nights in a single hotel room
• Tuesday & Wednesday breakfasts and lunches
• Two nights at Mövenpick Hotel Amsterdam City Centre regular guest single rooms. Guest is responsible for all incidental charges and is required to provide a credit card. Should additional nights be required the guest will be responsible for additional night room rate, sales tax and charges. Contact axwaysummit.emea@axway.com and we will make these arrangements with the hotel on your behalf.

Event Cancellation by AXWAY: AXWAY reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrolment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If AXWAY cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, AXWAY has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date. AXWAY will not be responsible for reimbursement of any participant’s expenses related to the cancellation or postponement of an event outside of the paid registration fees. Registration Cancellations: Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by May 29th 2026. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund; however, the amount may be applied to a future Axway event, less a 100€ service fee. All refund requests must be made by the registered attendee or credit card holder and include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used, (45) days after cancellation has been approved. Please send written cancellations to axwaysummit.emea@axway.com. Guest Tickets are not eligible for a refund. Substitution Policy: Substitution of registration (same type) is permitted up to and including the conference dates. Substitution is permitted per original registrant with written consent. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations associated with that substitution as well as updating any contact/demographic information. Consent to the Use of Photographic Images: Registrations and attendance at, or participation in Axway Summit 2026 constitutes an agreement by the registrant to AXWAY's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes. Liability Waiver & Release: In consideration of being allowed to register for, and participate in, the Axway Summit 2026 Conference, I hereby warrant and represent that I am age 18 or above and freely waive, release from liability, assume all risks, and covenant not to sue Axway or its members, employees, board members, agents, contractors, vendors or volunteers for any expense, loss, damage, personal injury, including loss of life, disability, property damage, or property theft or actions of any kind that I may hereafter suffer or sustain before. during or after the Event unless said expense, loss, damage, personal injury, including loss of life, disability, property damage or property theft or actions of any kind is caused by the sole, gross negligence of AXWAY. This Waiver and Release is specifically binding upon my heirs and assigns and is knowingly given. Eligibility to Attend: The following people are eligible to attend Axway 2026: current Axway customers and partners in good standing, specifically invited prospects, vendors, sponsors/technology partners, speakers, press and others deemed suitable by Axway. Axway reserves the right to control access to the event at their discretion. Deadlines: Today – April 10th, 2026 | Early Bird Registration: 595€ After April 10th, 2026 - Conference Dates | Full Rate Registration: 795€ Substitutions can be made up to and including the conference dates. Questions: Please email axwaysummit.emea@axway.com Payment Required: Registrations received without payment will not be processed. Consent to Share: Booking a guest room in the Axway Summit 2026 room block constitutes an agreement by the registrant to allow Axway and our meeting planner access to booking information for use on our internal rooming list which can be viewed by the Axway planning team and meeting planner. Disclaimer: AXWAY claims no liability for the acts of any vendor or supplier at this meeting or for the safety of any attendee while in transit to, from, or during this meeting. Attendees who purchase non-refundable airline tickets do so at their own risk. AXWAY reserves the right to cancel or modify this function without penalty. Total amount of liability to AXWAY will be limited to a refund of fees paid by attendee to AXWAY for their conference registration, less processing fees.
