Do I need to arrange my own accommodation?

No, accommodation is included in the event package. During your registration, you can select one or two nights at Hôtel Mövenpick Amsterdam City Centre. Once your event registration is complete, our team will book your accommodation.

Can I choose my room type?

No, you cannot choose your room type. We have reserved a quota of rooms in different categories, which will be allocated randomly.

What if I have special accommodation requests?

How long can I stay at the accommodation?

The accommodation is typically reserved for the duration of the event, but extended stays may be available at an additional cost. Please contact axwaysummit.emea@axway.com if you wish to extend your stay.

Can I come with a guest?

Check-in time is typically after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

Yes, there is a concierge at the reception where you can let your luggage.

Transportation to and from the event are not included. We can provide recommendations for local transport options.

Yes, parking is available. The hotel provides access to the Piet Hein Garage, a secure underground parking facility located directly beneath the hotel. Please note that parking fees apply and may vary depending on availability and the duration of your stay. Reduced rates may be offered through the hotel, subject to availability. Substitution of registration (same type) is permitted up to and including the conference dates. Substitution is permitted per original registrant with written consent. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations associated with that substitution as well as updating any contact/demographic information.

A complimentary ticket is offered for every three tickets purchased.
