Do I need to arrange my own accommodation?


No, accommodation is included in the event package. During your registration, you can select one or two nights at the Grand Hyatt. Once your event registration is complete, our team will book your accommodation.
Can I attend the Axway Summit only one day?

Yes, you can attend the Axway Summit only one day. In that case, the ticket price remains the same.

No, you cannot choose your room type. We have reserved a quota of rooms in different categories, which will be allocated randomly.
What if I have special accommodation requests?



If you have specific needs such as accessibility or other preferences, please inform axwaysummit.europe@axway.com us ahead of time so we can accommodate you accordingly
How long can I stay at the accommodation?
The accommodation is typically reserved for the duration of the event, but extended stays may be available at an additional cost. 
Please contact axwaysummit.europe@axway.com if you wish to extend your stay.
What happens if I need to cancel my accommodation or event registration?
Cancellation policies vary depending on the venue and package. 
We recommend reviewing the terms and conditions of your booking. 
Typically, cancellations made within a certain time frame are eligible for a full refund or credit.
Are meals provided during the event?


Yes, meals are provided, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner during the event days. Special dietary options can be requested during the registration process.

Is transportation to the event included?


Transportation to and from the event are not included. 
We can provide recommendations for local transport options.
Is there parking available at the event venue or accommodation?
Yes, A parking lot with 300 spaces is available at a rate of €35 per day or €5 per hour.
What is the check-in and check-out time for accommodation?
Check-in time is typically after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Can I let my luggage at the reception if I arrive before the check-in time?
Yes, there is a concierge at the reception where you can let your luggage.
What is the dress code at the Axway Summit?
The dress code for the conferences and for the evening receptions is Business Casual.
How can I request a one-on-one meeting with Axway?
During the registration process, you can request a one-on-one meeting with Axway Execs and experts. 
If you missed the opportunity to do it, it is not too late, you can send your request to axwaysummit.europe@axway.com.
When will I receive the confirmation of my one-on-one meeting?  
The date and time of your one-on-one meeting will be communicated by email 2-3 weeks prior to the event.
How do I contact event staff during the event?
Event staff will be available on-site to assist you with any needs during the event. 
Moreover, prior to the event, you will receive a link to join the event Whatsapp group. upon arrival.
What happens if there is an emergency during my stay?
In case of an emergency, please contact the event staff immediately. 
We will have protocols in place to ensure your safety and well-being.
